Daniel J. Langin contributes an updated chapter to the new edition of the book “Issues in CGL Coverage” published by the National Underwriter Company.  This chapter addresses specialty insurance coverage for intellectual property and technology claims against businesses.

Daniel J. Langin contributes an Executive Report on electronic evidence that is published by the Cutter IT Consortium of Boston.  This Executive Report addresses the obligations of parties to preserve and disclose electronic evidence under new amendments to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
